Architectural asphalt shingles from Malarkey, GAF, CertainTeed, Owens Corning and IKO, synthetic underlayment, and two-ply SBS torch-on membrane for flat sections. We also convert old cedar shake roofs to asphalt. We do not install metal, tile or slate roofs.

Yes. As a Malarkey Certified contractor, qualifying Malarkey shingle systems carry up to a 50-year material warranty, transferable once. Every installation also comes with our 15-year written workmanship guarantee. Other manufacturers' warranties vary by product, and we explain them in your quote.

It depends on the age of your roof and your surroundings. For a newer roof, a professional check every 3 to 5 years is usually plenty. However, once your asphalt roof reaches 12 to 15+ years old, we recommend an inspection every 1 to 2 years to catch wear and tear early.

In BC, we recommend gutter cleaning at least twice per year — once in late fall after leaves drop and once in spring. Homes with heavy tree canopy may need more frequent cleaning.
