The rubber collar around plumbing vent pipes dries out and cracks over time, letting water run down the pipe into the attic. Replacing the flashing is a small, affordable job that stops a very common leak.
Damaged Shingle Repair
Wind-lifted, cracked or missing shingles can usually be replaced individually. We lift the course above, fasten new shingles properly and reseal so the patch sheds water like the rest of the roof.
